Return Policy

We are sorry your item did not work out. Please contact your sales representative or call our main office at 843.473.3669 to request a return authorization. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.

Return Requirements

  • Received within 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials
The following items are ineligible for return:
  • Installed or modified
  • Customized or made to order
  • Shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually
  • Final Sale
  • Final Sale

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping. You will receive an email confirming the amount of your refund less applicable restocking fees once the merchandise has safety reached our warehouse.

Defective Merchandise

If you encounter a defect in your product, please call your sales representative or customer service at 843.473.3669 to request a replacement or return. Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Do not remove from original delivery address.

Warranties

All items sold by Coastal Lighting Studio are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact us for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be held liable for installation or contractor fees of any kind.
